Can I purchase Viapiana Custom jeans anywhere other than online?

Viapiana Custom Jeans are either available through appointment in Toronto, Canada or online only.

How long does it take for me to receive a custom pair of jeans?

I make every jean that comes out of my shop so there is always a bit of a queue. I usually ask for around 3 months but during high seasons or especially busy times it can go up to about 4 months.

I will then send your jeans via registered airmail. (Depending on your country a different service might be used) (4-10 days usually : any longer than that is usually caused by the customs in your country and Viapiana is not liable for shipping delays).

If you prefer DHL shipping, please contact me prior to ordering so that I can let you know the extra costs involved with that service.

Will the denim I chose shrink?

I have many denims that react differently with water. On the web form you can clearly choose if you would like it raw, or pre-shrunk.

Unsanforized denims will usually shrink 2-3 inches in the waist and length and sanforized materials will tighten up no more than an inch.

If you would like me to pre shrink the unsanforized material, please select “pre-shrunk” when ordering. I can also give the jeans a “one wash” look.

The measurements requested will be the finished dimensions of the jean post wash.

How do I know which waist size to pick? I wear different sizes with different brands.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I am proud of each garment that I make, so if you receive something you didn’t order (wrong button colour/size etc.) an exchange will be given.

Please send the original garment back with a standard mail service (shipping not covered) for a once over and a new one will be made for you.

As each garment is a custom order, returns are not accepted.

 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be free unless you ask for another service such as DHL. (Shipping “to and from” on exchanged items will not be covered by Viapiana)
